S448 series hydraulic metal baler can squeeze all kinds of metal scrap(steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, 

as well as scrap vehicle waste, etc. ) into rectangular, octagonal, cylindrical shape, which can reduce transportation costs, speed up the furnace speed, 

lower smelting cost.

Performance

1) All types adopt hydraulic driving system, manual or PLC automatic operation.

2) Discharging methods: Turn-out type, Forward-out type, Push-out type

3) Installation without foot screws, diesel engine can be available if there is no power.

4) Press force range from 63 tons to 600 tons, production efficiency from 4 tons -40 tons each shift.

5) Press box size and bale size could be designed and made according to the customers' requirements.
